I am married and have 3 little girls ages 2/12, 5 & 7.  Originally from SLC, currently live in Metairie, LA (a subburb next to New Orleans) and before that we spent 4 years in Cleveland, OH while my husband completed Dental School.  He is now completing a residency program and will be done in less than a year and a half.  After that who knows where we will end up!

6 mile run in the freezing wind...ok it was probably only 50 degrees but when you're used to it being in the 70's that's cold!

Oh my, what is this ab ripper? Have you got a 6 pack or what???

We ran in 35 degrees this morning and a little wind. Does that make you feel better? It is hard when the weather changes, that is for sure! I did not realize New Orleans was so warm. We ran one day last week and it was 14 degrees. I honestly never thought I would be able to do that, but you get used to it.

Have a good day!

Kristel, Welcome to the blog. It will be fun getting to know you from a distance. Bring your running shoes when you come visit Kelli!

Oh, I can't wait for 50 degree weather! I'm traveling to NC/SC to run the Myrtle Beach 1/2 with my sister who lives there and I'm just basking in the IDEA of 60 degree weather!

I know I have no right to complain about the weather. Kelli, check out P90X on beachbody.com. It is super intense...Justin (your cute brother) has been doing it and he is in super shape now...you should see him! I do the ab ripper and the plyometrics. Maybe next time we come we will actually get to see you.

Well, everyone will have ripped abs but me! My stomach is not very elastic apparently, no matter how much weight I lose, the skin just does not move. I would have to have surgery which is not gonna happen! I could pretend to have ripped abs...

So, you and my cute brother can be cute, skinny, and ripped together!!

On that website I saw Slim in 6. I have a bunch of friends who do that and love it. Maybe I should quit the gym and just get some tapes? I do Yoga ta home almost every night, but that is about it.

Scott is now smaller than he was in High School. All of this running has got him RIPPED and skinny as well. Seriously, am I the only person on earth that can not lose weight and keep it off?????

And you can complain about the weather, it is humid there and i would not want that. I will take the cold over humidity any day.

NICE run and GOOD JOB on the ripped abs. I don't have any abs to be ripped, just flubber and spare tire in the middle.

Nice pic. I can see Kelli's cute resemblance in Justin. You are a darling couple.
