I am married and have 3 little girls ages 2/12, 5 & 7.  Originally from SLC, currently live in Metairie, LA (a subburb next to New Orleans) and before that we spent 4 years in Cleveland, OH while my husband completed Dental School.  He is now completing a residency program and will be done in less than a year and a half.  After that who knows where we will end up!

Ran 9 miles this morning at 5 am.  It was muggy today so after I was so unbelievably sweaty and my hair is a rat's nest no matter what I do to it!  average pace 8:30

30 minutes of yoga and off to bed...I am tired today.  Still not feeling 100% yet.

Great run, you are fast! That is an awesome pace for 9 miles. You are kicking butt from miles away.

Hope you are 100% very soon. How are the kids? Did they get it?

My sister, who has long hair like yours (at least in your picture) and she pulls it back in a braid off the back of her neck and it falls over the front of her shoulder. She and I both complain about the 'rats nest' but her hair is a TON longer than mine. You're doing a great job on your time! My long miles usually turn out closer to or over 9 mm. Great job, especially not feeling 100%!!

Thanks! I'm wondering if I should go to the Dr or just keep waiting it out...I just still feel sick! I'm trying to take it easy but I hate it! Luckily Justin is feeling better and the girls didn't get it. I have been loading the vitamin c into everyone and making sure we all get our spinach smoothie every morning. I'm sure it's helping!

Rachel

Thanks so much! Now I just have to get feeling better so I can up my miles again. Seriously if you guys can come up with any solution to the hair problem...I would love it! I'm contemplating cutting mine because after every run I have to spend 10 minutes in the shower untangling and trying to get the nest out!

What do you have??? Maybe you should go to the Dr. I do no know what is up way out there, but everyone is sick in Utah. Strep is going around rampantly, plus the flu and many funky viruses. I have felt like crud since Sunday, it stinks!!! My head feels like it going to explode (I am saying this here becasue I promised not to complain on my blog!!)

Keep up the spinach (YUCK---and YES, I have tried it. I'll keep my spinach in my salad and sandwiches!!!) I am sure it is doing you a world of good---it is a miracle food!
