Welcome to the blog. So, what was your time in your "unofficial marathon?"

From Kelli on Wed, Feb 04, 2009 at 16:52:57

Hey, BURT, this is my sister-in-law that you have already discovered! Way to be the welcoming wagon.

Yeah, Kristel!! Welcome. Now, do not read my stuff too closely, you will find out I am a bit NUTS. I am going to have to behave now that a family member knows where to find me!!!

Go check out the training Blogs of MichelleL (she took 2nd in St George and KNOWS how to train) and Smooth (she is awesome and has a great training program--from a book, I think). Just look at what they do each day and prepare to be WOWED!

I'm just surprised I beat Walter at welcoming someone. I always imagine him at the chapel doors, "Brother McCumber! We're so glad you're here today!"

Kristel!!! WELCOME to the blog!!! We love Kelli. She is an awesome friend, beautiful inside and out. We're so excited you join the family (FRB, that is). What races are you running this year? The "virtual SLC marathon" sounded fun especially with your hubby biking close by. Hope you can come out to Utah and run one with us.

Welcome Kristel. You will love the blog, and it becomes addictive so be careful! I've only been doing it for a little over a month and I seem to almost put as much time in here as the gym :) Congrats on the marathon, and your recent 1/2! Keep up the great training.
